About The Cosmic Dreaming Lodge

The Cosmic Dreaming Lodge truly began back in 2014. I was living in Massachusetts,  practicing Myofascial Release and creating lots and lots of images on interconnection based on my experiences of working within the fascial system. In addition to owning my own practice, I was an instructor for John Barnes, the father of Myofascial Release. 

I was instructing at a seminar in New York City and decided to make my way to COSM (Alex and Allyson Grey) during one of the day's off from the seminar series. While there, I walked their Labyrinth where I had an experience with one of the first guides who would usher in the Cosmic Dreaming Lodge.

In 2015, after a series of potent synchronicities I found my next important teacher don Oscar Miro Quesada.  I enrolled in his online class in the basics of becoming an initiate of the sacred art of shamanic practices called the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition of Cross Cultural Shamanism. This was a pivotal practice where I learned the practices of earth based sacred ritual and ceremony of the ancient people of Peru. these practices further connected me to the guides that would make up the dreaming lodge.  

My dream came true when in 2016 I moved to Sedona to work at Therapy on the Rocks, John Barnes' treatment center as one of their staff therapists. I worked on staff for almost 3 years when I received an inner knowing that it was time to leave and return to my art and private practice. I immediately began offering the Sacred Medicine Journey which is a potent experience combining art, ceremonial experiences at my Mesa and on the land in the vortexes of sedona and hands on healing work using Myofascial release. It was after my work at the clinic, that I began receiving downloads through my art through a series of work that I called "light codes" 

I began holding a series of sacred ceremonies and ritual experiences  that connected me with the guides whose images now grace the healing space at my lodge and studio in Sedona, AZ. 

There are at present 9 guides with more to come. The guides are Dardenelle, Hosho, Aleiria, Grandmother Red Hawk, Lucia, Atuwambeh, Cosmos the cosmic dreamer, Eluuva the butterfly woman and The Blue Djinn.
