The experience of my treatment with Deb is hard to put into words.
It was amazing!
I felt like Deb was able to take me on a journey deep deep deep inside my body. To be present in those dark recesses of my body where I'd never travelled before, and by being there - fully present,  I was able to bring light and lightness as I let go of tension, tightness or bracing.

I could no longer sit comfortably in a cross leg position to meditate. I had pain in my right knee and hip and both my feet would fall asleep after about ten minutes. When I looked down at my right foot,  I could see that two of my toes were moving into a crooked position and pulling towards my big toe.  This motivated me to schedule a series of sessions over a period of three weeks with Deborah Epstein.

Deborah is a well grounded expert on the the muscles groups and how they work together, as well as the role of the facial tissue and how it can bind up and hold trauma.

I was amazed by what Deborah could sense and see in my body.  Her gifts are well beyond my own abilities as a healer and light worker.  Deborah has been my catalyst, guide and divine sister who facilitated the opening of my body to receive and integrate more cosmic light and resonance.

We experimented with building grids in her healing room and under her healing table.  We co-created portals to cosmic light, love and healing with energetic essences, crystals and sacred objects.   A powerful field of healing energy emerged and transmitted cosmic light and guidance from unseen healing allies.

In addition to her multidimensional release and energy refinement work with my  physical, emotion and spiritual bodies, Deborah took me to powerful sacred sites in the red rocks of Sedona where we did earth honoring sacred ceremonies together. 

I am a different person on so many levels. And yes, I am now able to sit in half lotus and reach deep meditative states without being distracted by pain.   I can now see that my  toes are going straight and my hips are in alignment.  

Previously, I had seen two separate Chiropractors for adjustment of my hips, but the results were not lasting.  By Deborah working on multiple levels and in higher dimensions, I was able to retain the healing and adjustments and integrate spiritual insights and energetic downloads.  Essentially, through Deb’s work I was able to embody more light.  I experienced synchronization with the unseen energetic refinements taking place. I released physical trauma and holding patterns in my body. 

Three  months later, I saw a massage therapist that I was working prior to my treatment with Deborah. He confirmed that my body was significantly different… more in alignment, much looser, less tense and radiating with the Divine Feminine.
